Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

Gamekeeper Hut

Come stay in our favorite Gamekeeper's Hut at Fable Realm! The Keeper of Keys' Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

Kotsu at Tiny Bluff

A winding trail leads down to Kotsu, a whimsical miniature, perched above rural Lookout Valley. Entering through shou sugi ban front doors, you'll find a full kitchen, living area, and powder room on the main level. Inspired by Japanese nature-inclusive designs, a covered exterior stair leads down to the bedroom and a spacious master bath. The fragrance of the cedar timbers, simple luxuries, and intentional flow of the design will put your mind at rest. Come stay!

Family cabin with whirlpool tub has a queen size bed with 42 inch roku tv and 2 twin beds in the loft Table for 4 also small refrigerator, microwave ,coffee pot and gas grill on back porch with picnic table and 2 rocking chairs Pets allowed with a 75dollar fee one pet 125.00for two pets (If you do not let the owners know about pet you will be charged 200 And you will be asked to leave) Owners are fixing to start cutting trees to have a better view thank you

The Barn Guesthouse features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. It is a luxurious getaway on Lookout Mountain. It's a guesthouse next to my home that offers lots of privacy and incredible wooded views. The home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a small community feel.

The Belvedere Box at On The Rocks Tiny Home Container

Welcome to The Belvedere Box at On The Rocks, a unique repurposed cargo container getaway atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia. The Belvedere, meaning beautiful view, is situated in the western brow and features amazing sunset views. The Belvedere Box is a true place to relax and meditate, therefore there is no access to television. There are 2 shared fire pits located at each end of the property. Firewood is provided along with ingredients to make s'mores.

This adorable tiny home is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain with beautiful panoramic views and a hot tub. Tucked between beautiful, green pastures with goats and chickens browsing close by. Look up and you will see the hang gliding launch and the air dotted with hang gliders and paragliders soaring up to the clouds. The spacious deck affords great views of the mountain and the nearby fire pit the perfect place to relax under the stars.

We are close to some of Georgia's most desirable hiking trails, and other scenic outdoor activities. This hilltop retreat offers solitude and tranquility for our guests.
