Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

A 1 minute walk to the bus- stop, shopping centre, supermarket, eateries & cafes, cinema, local library. Walking distance to peninsula beaches, walking tracks, tennis court & gyms.
