Newstead Nature Retreat

This is a quintessential kiwi cottage nestled amongst native New Zealand bush. Ruru cottage is perfect for a unique & relaxing weekend getaway or a week-long trip, and is dog friendly. The cottage is a cosy, peaceful rural stay with everything you need plus native birdsong morning and night. In addition to the stunning outdoor bath and large timber deck, the space has artsy, quirky furnishings that make for a very special stay. The open plan lounge has an additional queen fold out sofa bed.

Self Contained Cottage

Kia ora and welcome to Chaparral Sunset. Your hosts Lyn and Keith welcome you into their rural fully self-contained accommodation. Our cosy guest house has Sky TV, wireless internet, a guest BBQ and well equipped kitchen. Babies under 6 months are free. There is a charge of $20.00 a night for children older than 6 months, a free porta-cot (including mattress and bedding) is available on request. Pets are welcome, please let us know when you book so we can lock our free range chooks away.

With modern décor and everything you need to be self contained. Situated in a very quiet area of Raglan you will get a great night's sleep and enjoy the peace while relaxing on the deck. There is a spa pool with beautiful views available to use by request only.

A quiet haven off the main road, only 100 mtrs easy walk to beach reserve and fishing. Enjoy the birdsong, sunrise and daytime hours in the shady, tropical garden at the rear of the house with its generous outdoor seating and dining facilities, and take in the sunset from the deck and coastal garden in the front of the house.

Ironsands Beach Stay - new home - central

Ironsands is a new modern self contained house situated in Raglan town. Enjoy a bit of luxury away from home with a brand new queen bed as well as a sofa bed and fold away bed for any extras (ie: children). The house is located centrally to the Kopua swimming beach, and a 15 minute enjoyable walk to town. You can drive to the famous Ngarunui surf beach, Manu Bay or Whale Bay within 10 minutes. Perfect place to holiday with ease in Raglan. Close to beaches, shops and surf.

We are located 10 minutes out of Thames Township. We are the Gateway to the Coromandel .Thames township has lots of cafes and pubs with local entertainment nightly.. When staying with us you are likely to be visited by fat woodpidgeons and tuis and even the coloful laurakeets from Australia come to eat the berries on our trees. Meander thru our property to the most popular of Thames beaches at the bottom of our garden.Ngarimu Bay.

Rural retreat

Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning
