At the top of the driveway you have the bus stop to get to Howick village, Botany or Auckland Central. You are also in walking distance of 3 schools including Shelly Park and Cockle Bay Primary. A convenience store, restaurants and bakery’s are only a short walk away.

As the downstairs is part of our home noise does travel and this is reflected in the discounted rate for the space.

Separate kitchen, bathroom & laundry and your own access. We live in the main house (separate) from you, we are a family of 4 with 2 young children.
