This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

It is within easy walking distance to the amusement park, free concerts, restaurants, bars, etc. Adjacent to the cabin's fenced backyard is the city park with playground, basketball, picklball courts, shelter house and docks for fishing or launching the kayaks. Located directly on the bike trail, and just blocks to the nearest boat ramp. Includes use of 4 bikes, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe.

Intimate Suite at Stay Suites with a private patio. We have added several suites to the former 316 building. Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park, just off Hwy 71 south of the Ritz. We are steps from the public beach and dock. We are 4 blocks from the downtown strip area, you can walk to the night life. You can access our roof top patio on the west side of the 2nd level. This is open to all guests, but you do have your own small deck right off your suite.

Discover your perfect getaway in this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home. Located directly across the street from the north end of West Lake, adjacent to the bike trail. Plenty of space to park your boat on the driveway, and only a 1/2 mile from the public access. After a long day on the lake, come back to a fantastic kitchen to prepare dinner. Enjoy dinner on a deck that backs to abundant green space. Finish the day roasting smores around the bon fire.

Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Enjoy the peaceful setting including outdoor fire pit area, gazebo area, playground, barn with animals to pet, fruit trees, and room to roam. Full kitchen is included. Two private bedrooms and plenty of hang-out space and extra sleeping spaces.

The first floor is accessed by outside stairs into a massive porch. Perfect place to hang out and watch the deer. A set of stairs inside takes you to the second bedroom upstairs. The accommodations are perfect for two couples or a family of 4-5. Come to Okoboji to walk the nature trails (100 yards away), ride the bike trails (100 yards away), kayak (located on the canals), or boat (Emerson Bay boat ramp one mile away).
