You have access to 3 bedrooms (2p per room), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It can host up to 8 guests with 2 queen size beds, 1 bunk bed and a queen size sofa bed. Baby cribs & baby equipment are available upon request. In walking distance you can find cafeteria, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy & hospital.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests
