One reaches the houses in 10-15 minutes walk (and stairs) from the port depending on each person's pace. Hydra is amphitheatricaly built and there are a lot of cobble stone stairs around town and leading up to the house so ...not for everyone! new mandatory government fee has been introduced: the “Climate Crisis Resilience Fee”, amountingto €8 per night for short-term accommodations

Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

Our place is a traditional stone house at Kamini district. It's a 15 minute walk from the port and 7 minutes from one of the best beaches of Hydra. Kamini is a quiet neighborhood with a small marina and restaurants serving delicious greek dishes. Our house has a balcony with exceptional sea view, a cozy side patio and a garden with lemon trees. It's a 2 bedroom house renovated and fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing-drying machine, A/C, Wi-Fi, Tv etc.) making it ideal for families.

Hydra's view house is an accomondation in the centre of the island providing a panoramic view of Hydra and its port which you can enjoy from the house's rooftop as well as its bedrooms. The house has got a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of your daily breakfast, lunch or dinner. The living room and the bedrooms provide their own TV, air-condition and WiFi. Also, the house is only 10-12 minutes away from the port to the centre of the island dy foot following a road with stairs.

Μολις 200μ.απο το μοναδικο γηπεδο τεννις στην Υδρα.

Traditional Hydriot house II

This 19th c house, has been my family's hideout since 1978, hosting 3 generations of us. The property consists of two units. A two storey house & an indepedent guest room in the courtyard. Both units open up to a private garden with aromatic herbs, and two terraces offering a breathtaking sea & sunset view towards the Argosaronicos sea to the opposite Peloponnesian coasts. If you seek for peace and privacy and an amazing stargazing, this is the place to be.

Ermina's House ΙΙ is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. It is suitable for both couples and families as all the facilities, like free wifi and TV are offered. Ermina's house II consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Last but not least, there is a veranda with a breathtaking view and a blooming garden.

Vlichos is an oasis for those who want to escape the vibrant yet busy atmosphere of Hydra town. It is only 5 mins by sea taxi from Hydra's harbor or 30 mins walk (which we thoroughly recommend you take at sunset).
