A beautiful luxury Villa to rent in Sardinia, 2 miles from the best sea side in the World with the mountains all around. Tranquil yet 5 minutes drive from the shops, restaurant, 'Agriturismo', Pizzerias and the Yatching Club harbour where you can hire boat or go for an excursions in the little island nearby. Villa Rosati Beach House

Semi-detached villa on the beach. Big front garden facing the Mediterranean sea with private beach patio to enjoy the sun in complete quietness. Huge external living space to enjoy the summer breeze, night and day. The place is family friendly. The sea is shallow and warm, allowing small children to bath in complete safeness. The main part of the house is outdoor where we have an open plan kitchen overlooking the front garden, the dining area and the large living room.
