The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

Nach hinten raus gibt es einen privaten Garten, wo man dem Gesang der Vögel lauschen kann! :) Das Apartment ist sehr hell, grosszügig geschnitten und ist mit Heizung ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Ausziehsofa, wodurch Platz für 2 Extrapersonen gemacht werden kann.
