The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. You'll be able to relax and unplug in this quiet neighborhood that feels secluded -but is close to everything in town. Wake up to beautiful mountain views (and maybe even grazing elk!) from your private backyard. Climbing the hill is at your own risk. Flexible studio layout with queen bed, pull-out sofa, bathroom, desk, and full kitchen! Massive driveway can accommodate 3+ cars or even boats/RVs.

Red Rock Retreat is located on 3.8 acres in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Surrounded by national forest and wild life, it is a place to rest, reflect and renew. There are 55 steps, without hand rails, taking you up to the casita. There are hiking trails leading out to the wilderness area right from your back door. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DISCOUNT ON LONGER STAYS If it snows, it is difficult to access the property. Other accommodations may need to be made if it should snow.

Quail Hollow casita is a "small house" that has everything you need! You'll be located in Jack's Canyon, which is a 5 minute ride to the Village of Oak Creek. A kitchen remodel with stainless & granite was completed in March of 2021. The back of the house features a rear deck with pergola and walk down stairs to a patio with fire table and zero gravity chairs. We recently updated our internet to high speed Starlink - no limitations on streaming or Zoom calls!
