The Eden Sanctuary is perched high on a hill overlooking the old town, harbor and sea. Surrounded by green belt the bird life is rife and the area peaceful and quiet. The studio has a separate entrance and is private from the remainder of the house. 3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host.
