Updated in 2018 but still retaining quirky features such as wooden floors upstairs & window frames in the suite . Situated 3 blocks from beach & 1 block from 4th Ave. Friendly area, close to UBC & downtown. Home is divided into 3 levels. I live on main level with long term tenants on upper floor. Free parking on street or 1 car at back. Close to bus routes. Best location for visiting Vancouver.

Tucked down from the road side backing onto a boat storage yard and forest, this rental has all the privacy you need after a long day enjoying what Tofino has to offer.
