Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Tutt'intorno si dirama il quartiere più antico di Assisi, caratterizzato da vicoli, piazzette e case medioevali. Una parte della città sconosciuta ai più ma suggestiva e piacevole da scoprire.

Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

Il mio alloggio privato è in zona residenziale adiacente le mura del centro storico, 5 minuti dal centro città, supermercato e bar a 50 metri, parcheggio gratuito accanto alla casa. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio privato per questi motivi: la posizione, l'atmosfera. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro. Aria condizionata su richiesta da pagare come extra!

Deliziosa casetta indipendente di 50 mq compresa di ampio terrazzo di 40 mq per le vostre rilassanti serate estive, giardino, piccolo orticello e posto auto. Dispone di cucina, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, bagno e camera matrimoniale. Sono incluse biancheria lenzuola ed asciugamani e tv. La casa dista 1 km da Montefalco e 10 da Foligno 15 da Spello 25 da Rasiglia, Assisi.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
