A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Conveniently located near 3 grocery stores. 7 min walk from ferry dock and 20 min walk from public beach. The house sits on a shady private yard with many trees including mango, nance/craboo, guinep, banana, and a breadfruit tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Electricity is paid separately for stays 1 month or longer. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the premises nor are any guests not listed on the booking.
