A unique feature is the private rooftop deck that is great for sunning & star gazing. Guests can enjoy snorkeling nearby, take a swim at Chepas Beach or enjoy a 5 minute Tuk Tuk ride into town. Clean and fully furnished one bedroom apartments are located across from 3 popular dive centers, and walking distance to bars, restaurants, beaches and swimming. Full kitchen with amenities, TV for guest streaming, WiFi, AC, fans, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water, and a restaurant also located directly across the street open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with views of the upper Utila Lagoon.

Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Casa Mar Azul (House on Blue Sea)

Casa Mar Azul is a two bedroom, single bath waterfront apartment that can comfortably sleep up to 4 Adults! One of the bedrooms contains a Queen Sized Bed, while the other contains 2 Doubles. This is a perfect configuration when it turns out that you unexpectedly have additional friends joining you for your vacation on Utila, which in our experience, happens pretty frequently. The Power Allowance at Casa Mar Azul is a generous 45 kilowatts per day
