The Fern House

Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

Cozy and charming cabin with beautiful Boston Mountain Views! Spacious screened in porch with propane grill and bar. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms with endless Hot water. Pretty pond on property and several trails around the 20 acre space. Upper and lower fire pits to keep warm on cool evenings or roast s’mores! Relax at the cabin for your entire stay or get out and enjoy Lake Fort Smith, Devils Den State Park, or one of the many other nearby trails. Fayetteville is 37 min up the road!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

WELCOME to the Bearcat Bungalow; the perfect place to get away after a day at Blue Mountain Lake or a hike on Mt. Magazine. This cute and charming little house is only about 13 miles from Blue Mountain Lake, and 10 miles from Mt. Magazine and the Ouachita National Forest, where there are endless hours, ATV, and hiking trails. For our guests with outside pets, we offer an 8x10 pen for your furry friend! This is perfect for anyone coming to town for the J. Perry Mikles field trials.

Lolli's Lil Getaway

The size and openness of Lolli's Lil Getaway will surprise you. From the living room which features a comfortable sofa that makes into a queen size sofa bed. The fold down table on the wall with 2 fold up chairs allows you to have a eat on table or a work desk that does not take up room. The full kitchen can handle all of your cooking needs with a gas cooktop and stove and built in microwave. A full coffee bar for you also. Full bath with nice shower and twin bed in the loft.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
