De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.

Das Ferienhaus Südtirol begrüßt Sie inmitten des See-, Wander- und Radfahrgebiet am Wörthersee-Südufer. Das Zentrum von Velden mit dem Casino erreichen Sie vom Haus Südtirol aus nach 2,5 km. In der Nähe sind drei Restaurants und ein großes Bad mit Spielplatz. Das Strandbad Schiefling am Wörthersee ist mit einer Distanz von 1 km auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Haus liegt direkt an Wander- und Pilgerwegen wie den Wörtherseerundwanderweg oder den Marienpilgerweg.

Our studio is a tiny place of 12 m2 where you can sleep,eat, cook. It has a little bathroom with a shower. It is situated in our garden, under the pear tree and lot of flowers. In front of the cabin there is a terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the summer. Your car can be parked in front of our garage. Wi- fi is free. There are also some IR panels and electric radiators so you will no be cold in winter. But remember....-it is tiny!
