Home is nestled in the foothills of San Gabriel Valley - 24 miles to downtown LA and 27 miles to Disneyland. Azusa Pacific University and University of La Verne are minutes away. Close to the Metro.

(NO PETS or PARTIES allowed) The house is NOT allowed for rent to host ANY type of gathering or events.
