This comfortable studio apartment has everything you need to relax under the trees, play at the river, explore the nearby wineries and delightful towns, or work without distraction. Wineries, nature, restaurants, festivals, farmer markets, and sports activities will keep you as busy as you wish to be. Or just walk down to the best swimming hole on the river and relax. FYI - there are stairs to the apt and the apt is under our main house.

Take it easy at Dancing Waters located on Pirate's Cove in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the ever changing views with many species of birds against the backdrop of Mt Konocti. Christmas Special: Enjoy access to the pier including meditating under the Pyramid. We have created this 450 sq. ft. apartment out of the existing house which we currently live in. It has a separate entrance on the street with parking. It has a king bed, 50" TV, desks, electric fireplace, mini kitchen/bar.

From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

Riviera Retreat

Riviera Retreat has been remodeled and upgraded. It is very clean and comfortable. We live in the same neighborhood so I can verify it is very safe and friendly. We do have fast WiFi and access to apps such as Netflix all you do is sign into to your account. There is plenty of parking including boat parking. We are a small rural community. Riviera Retreat does have a lot of stairs to get up to it so anyone with walking disabilities will have a hard time.

2 Bedroom Flat With Short Walk to Downtown

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our 100+ year old vacation home has a classic vintage vibe with newly renovated modern touches. The upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is only half a block from downtown Cloverdale where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping and live music in the summer. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway!

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.

The downtown is where everything happens from First Friday art walk, Pumpkin Fest, Chili Cook off, etc. Safeway nearby and Movie Theater. Three roads will take you over to the Pacific Coast, each 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
