West Hall Glamping Badger Pod w/ Jacuzzi Hot Tub

Badger pod is one of 6 hand built wooden glamping pods with a private Jacuzzi hot tub on a family run glamping site hidden down a farm track in the middle of a farm. It has fabulous countryside views, and access to public footpaths /scenic walks, one of which takes you to the farm shop with coffee shop and forest adventure trail. Its only a 10 minute drive into Durham City with a Castle, Cathedral, University, market, shops, cinema, bowling, and rowing boats for hire on the stunning river.

Our Tiny House is just that. A bespoke made tiny home for two that has been custom built to fit the space with seating and small amount of storage. A tiny bathroom includes a modern composting toilet and small shower with hot water. Basic cooking facilities are provided from a mini oven or why not use the fire pit and bbq outside instead. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder and is in the apex of the roof and has a double mattress and soft bedding with a window to enjoy the sunrise.

Consisting of 3 large double bedrooms, the master with dressing room and en-suite all on the top floor. 2 bedrooms on first floor with double and single in one room, and 2 singles in other. Private front and rear garden (rear south east facing). 5 mins walk from the metro, which takes you to Newcastle city center in 12 mins. 10 mins from the coast, where you can enjoy the north easts beautiful coastlines.

Each sleeps up to four people in total comfort, with hot showers in the en-suite bathroom (bed linen, towels, bathroom products, robes and slippers are all provided). In the dining and seating area, there’s ample space for chilled downtime.
