One bedroom attached suite. Directly across the highway from “South Park” mountain bike trails. Hiking trails and swimming holes near by, a forest view, you are welcome to hike around the property if you wish, and just 4 minute drive from downtown Quincy, Ca! The one full bed is ideal for one person or those who enjoy a cuddle. It is also made for people who enjoy sleeping on a cloud- if you prefer firmness something that resembles plywood- you will not enjoy this beds level of "fluffy"

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lakefront home! Located in the Lake Almanor West. We have a buoy but not a dock, for a boat when the water level is high enough. The house sits off the road, to offer privacy. The views and outside seating are absolutely stunning! There is so much to do in the area that you'll never be bored. We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Our cabin is in a very quiet area. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of cattle farms. The view is of fields and mountains, sky, and pine trees. The cabin is very private with your own entrance. A lot of parking and also a trailer space. This will be perfect for a single person or a couple. Great area to ride bikes, go golfing, even a pickleball/tennis court not far. Also not far from lakes and hiking. Please no pets.
