Our cool and comfortable one bedroom condo offers tranquility and relaxation. Sitting on the balcony you can feel the tropical breezes and see the magnificent view of Grace Bay. The pool and hot tub are only steps away. If the rental car is not needed or if there isn't a driver available who is age 25+, we will reduce the price by $40.00 per night. Note: Stays of either 1 or 2 nights will not include the car rental, and a refund of $40.00 for each night will be applied after booking.

My space is open, 1350 Sq Ft one bedroom condo plus the second “bedroom” is in the open studio style like a hotel. The suite has huge glass doors and many windows that allow the beautiful sunshine in all day. The resort has a beautifully landscaped terrace & two massive pools, hot tub & gym. All new furnishings.

The Old Beach House 2 bedroom

We have two Garden apartments downstairs that we renovated. One two bedroom two bathroom, and one 1 bed 1 bathroom. Just a 3 minute walk from a white sandy beach. You can walk to Da Conch shack restaurant along the beach in 5-10 minutes. Off the beaten trail. We live upstairs with our our potcake Boxer. We are so sad to say we just lost our legend Buster who you would have read about in all of our reviews.
