There's a twin daybed on the ground floor & a double futon in the loft. Full kitchen & tiny bathroom with shower too. A heat pump keeps the place toasty warm or nice and cool. The tiny house and meadow are very private on the edge of the property, and just for you. Our family's gazebo, fire pit, hammock, trail & garden are shared with guests.

The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Why not stay on the less commercialized and more peaceful side of the island. This cozy tiny cabin is fully separate from the Main House. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette/dining area, and ample parking space. The main house is now also rented on Airbnb, the homeowner will still be available for any questions or help!
