A modern and fully equipped accommodation, suitable for smaller - large families or groups. This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.

Beautiful farmhouse 6 min from the beach

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, wifi, dusch, bastu, badkar, kaffekokare, micro och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Det finns inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa. Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Renovert skånelenga på 90 m2 fra 1800-tallet. Huset ble bygget på for 10 år siden, og er i dag en helt separat del av en større bolig. Den har egen inngang og uteplass/liten hage som er omkranset av mur, og fremstår derfor som en helt usjenert bolig. Egen parkeringsplass. Nydelig beliggenhet på landet langs en grusvei med gårder og åkrer rundt. Perfekt for liten småbarnsfamilie eller et par som ønsker et rolig sted. Nesten bilfritt. 5 km. til hvite strender og 20 min. til Ystad.

Liten lägenhet som utgör husets ovanvåning. På 5 min når man Kämpingestranden. På sommaren sköna bad och annars härliga promenader utmed Östersjön. Kämpinge ligger 15 min bilväg från Trelleborg och 20 min från Malmö. Också buss till Svågertorp där förbindelse finns till Köpenhamn. Angett pris avser 1 person. Vid 2 personer tillkommer 225kr/natt. Strömma - Summer Cottage

Rent from Saturday-Saturday during summer. You’ll love my place because of its coziness and location. Built in 1920 and extended in the 60th's on a big sunny lot, close to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
