Das Gartenhaus ist ein ruhiges Steinhaus in den historischen Gärten von High Glanau Manor, der Heimat von H. Avray Tipping (1855–1933), dem Architekturredakteur des Country Life Magazine ab 1907. High Glanau Manor ist ein wichtiges Haus im Stil der britischen Kunstbewegung Arts and Crafts inmitten von 12 Hektar Gärten, die 1922 angelegt wurden. Die Gärten bewahren viele ursprüngliche Merkmale, darunter formale Terrassen, einen achteckigen Pool, ein Gewächshaus, eine Pergola und 100 Fuß lange doppelte Kräutergrenzen. Verbringe Zeit im Garten und lausche dem Vogelgesang und dem sanften Plätschern des Baches oder gehe aus dem Tor, um die Cleddon Falls und schöne Aussichtspunkte entlang des Wye Valley Walks zu erkunden. Das mittelalterliche Dorf Trellech und Tintern Abbey sind auch leicht zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Old Dairy ist ein privater, unabhängiger Anbau, der an ein Familienhaus, Holly House, angeschlossen ist (eigene Zugangstür). Das Hotel liegt eine Viertelmeile die einspurige grüne Gasse hinunter (nicht geeignet für Autos mit niedrigem Fahrgestell). Auf einem 4 Hektar großen kleinen Bauernhof gelegen, mit Hühnern, Schafen, Ziegen und 3 Katzen. Angrenzend an den Wentwood-Wald. Wentwood ist der perfekte Ort, um zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, mit öffentlichem Fußwegzugang vor der Haustür.

Our 2 luxurious cottages are set deep in the heart of the beautiful Monmouthshire Countryside on a working Farm and Livery yard set in a wildlife reserve. There are circular walks around the reserve and wider landscape from the door making them a wonderful rural hideaway from the everyday clamour of modern life yet still only 2 hours from London and 40 mins from Bristol.

There are no hidden extra payments, the nightly fee is total. Self catering cottage, originally built in the 1800's, restored and extended to provide a high standard of accommodation. Set in private gardens which extend to 23 acres and with outstanding views across the Usk valley. The garden area provides 2 large decked viewpoints, Private parking. The property has retained its original stone spiral staircase which might prove difficult for guests with mobility issues or the very young.
