The Granary

Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of Annestown house, this is one of four apartments in a very unique location,. It has no ocean views but offers complete privacy in its own walled patio garden, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds – whether it’s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, the Anne Valley Walk, or just enjoying the views.

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views including an outdoor seaview hot tub. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Only dates left for summer is 16th - 18th Aug. ,2 night stay Traditional old Irish stone cottage in a small cul-de-sac about 50 yards from Curragh Beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden with palms, roses and apple trees.The cottage has a long history, dating back to the 17th century, its location is being sheltered from the wind. Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.

Free street parking. Please note: due to the elevation there is a steep walk up the lane and a further 33 steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Children under the age of six not permitted.

Local attractions include Hook Lighthouse, Tintern Abbey, Abbey golf ⛳️ Dunbrody famine ship, Passage east car ferry & Rosslare port.
