Insere-se numa propriedade de 20.000 m2 situada a 8 km da Ericeira e a 2 km do mar onde a tranquilidade impera.Tem uma piscina biológica de 300 m2 rodeada de decks de madeira com vista sobre o campo e o mar. A propriedade dispõe de um espaço de barbecue no exterior e permite o acesso a uma horta e a um pomar biológico com fruta da época.

The charming apartment is located in the centre of Ribamar, a cosy and quiet little village just outside of Ericeira. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the seaside. The apartment is 5' by foot from Coxos beach, one of the 7surfspots of the World Surf Reserve. There's a bakery, butcher, restaurants, a bar and two small grocery shops in the village, so you have everything you need just steps away from your stay. It is about 40' from Lisbon airport to arrive in Ribamar.

Localizado a 3,5Km da Vila de Sobral de Monte Agraço, a Encosta do Almargem disponibiliza uma vivenda T1 para 4 pessoas e um Estúdio para 3 pessoas, ambos privados num espaço familiar e tranquilo a 500m da Igreja de Santo Quintino (construída em estilo manuelino a partir de 1520 e classificada como Monumento Nacional). Cada alojamento dispõe de um espaço exclusivo para banhos de sol. A piscina é partilhada entre ambos, encontrando-se fechada entre novembro e meados de março.

A picturesque and spacious 3 bedroom cottage with pool located 5 minutes from Ericeira and its beautiful beaches. Two double bedrooms and family mezzanined bedroom comfortably sleep 8 people. Family bedroom has the choice of double or single beds. Upper mezzanine level has a low ceiling but it's full of cosy charm. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a feast and it's open to the dining room and living area making a perfect social space.

A casa está totalmente restaurada mas mantendo alma de casa portuguesa. Encontra-se num local onde se consegue chegar a várias praias em 10 minutos de carro, e em 30 minutos consegue ir a Lisboa. Pode levar a Internet portátil consigo, durante a sua reserva. O meu espaço é bom para casais, viajantes de negócios, famílias (com crianças), e amigos peludos (animais de estimação). Como é rasteira, também é ideal para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
