Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Hotel Clarence

Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Cottage with Private Allegheny River Access

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.

Cozy country space near Meadville & Allegheny Col.

Cozy, country setting about 5 mi. from Meadville, Allegheny College, Meadville Medical Center, the Crawford County Fairgrounds, restaurants, and shopping. Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Rustic Retreat

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.

This unique, newly built cabin features a large front porch overlooking an astounding view of the large ponds on the property. It gives the rustic, secluded feel of a cabin in the middle of the woods while being a cozy, welcoming space to refresh and rewind. A fishing and hunting paradise! A camp with a million dollar view and only one other camp on the other side of the stream and wooded area. Bring your family and friends to camp out, cook out, go fishing, canoeing or kayaking. Children can play in the stream beside the camp or on the jetty, or even walk across the Allegheny to the island to play and explore. A fun, relaxing retreat for years of memories. This is a 4 season cabin so come and experience the Lehmeier's lodge during the various seasons.

Creekside Cabin has all the modern amenities you want in a secluded location that's convenient to everything Cook Forest and the Clarion River have to offer. Check us out on FB/IG @creeksidecabin788 The cabin does not have WiFi and cell phone reception is spotty in the area. Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.

This modest studio apartment is great for a peaceful getaway, a last-minute stop-over, or even an extended stay for traveling professionals. The area features nearby Sandy Creek bike trail, State Game Lands, and the small town of Cranberry, PA just 5 miles down the road. Associated with the St. Thomas More House of Prayer, a Catholic Retreat Center in the midst of rural Northwest PA, you'll also find the grounds ideal for a nice walk or quiet reflection.

Koda Kabin 215 located in Pleasantville, PA

Welcome to Koda Kabin! Come stay in our little, studio-type, cozy cabin nestled in the outskirts of Pleasantville, PA. You will not be far from the Allegheny Forest and Allegheny River. There are many resources to keep you active from hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting or exploring to name a few. Nearby are many places to have a meal or a cold beverage. Or you can just relax by a campfire and enjoy the serene nature.

Cozy Oaks Cottage

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Pennsylvania Wilds lies Cozy Oaks Cottage! This 558 sq. ft. space is the ideal spot to get away with your family and friends. Rail 66 is 75 yards from our driveway. Many restaurants are only a few minutes down the road, and we are only 15 minutes from Cook Forest. Although we can sleep up to 5 people, our place is quite small, and for maximum comfort we recommend no more than 3 people

The Gas House

Located on the edge of this quaint little town that is surrounded by the Allegheny River, Allegheny National Forest, Tionesta Lake and just a short drive to Cook Forest State Park. Outdoor enthusiasts will have no trouble finding lots to do from hiking, kayaking, boating, biking, horseback riding or just kicking back and relaxing around the camp fire.
