Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

Cozy up at Studio 705 (Ithaca College/Ithaca)

Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

Centrally located in the Village of Spencer, NY. Located right on the walking trails around Nichols Park Pond. Walking distance to all the local businesses in the village. About 30 minutes to Ithaca, Cornell, Watkins Glen, Horseheads, Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake, wineries, gorges, waterfalls, plenty of hiking, and so much more! 1 Queen Bed and 1 Cot Option of an air mattress for extra charge if more than 3 guests.
