Villa SUNJOY of 310 sq.m is a comfortably furnished and perfectly equipped villa with amazing sea views. It is located 300m. from the beach in the resort of Sounio, 14 min. drive from the Temple of Poseidon and a short drive from many beautiful sandy beaches with beach bars. For a comfortable stay of our guests, there are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and in the courtyard there is a relaxation area near the pool with sun loungers, sofas and dining tables.

The rough, authentic beauty of nature is beautifully linked to the superior design and luxury of the building. Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

The modern renovated 60m2 5th floor penthouse apartment is located just 4-min walk away from the metro station Panormou on the airport line, an ideal quiet 'basecamp' for Athens exploration! Carefully designed and decorated by me as an architect, the apartment is fully equipped with everything one wishes, two smart TVs (in bedroom and living room) and a cute fireplace corner. Our house is a great place to spend your vacation or just to get a sense of the athenian riviera. It is at walking distance from a very nice beach where you can swim during the day or enjoy a cocktail by the sunset. The interior is decorated with warm, earth-toned colours and a minimal approach. The environment both inside and outside the house is calming and relaxing.

The house is heated via aircondition throughout all winter.

The beach house is sorrounded by a private garden with sea view and beautiful sunsets while the beach is in walking distance. A very calm and quiet environment is ready to welcome any guests and let them enjoy a Greek stay. Guests can enjoy the entire house and garden and relax under the sun and the views of the sea. There is also an outdoor BBQ area.
