Wake up refreshed under a deep-set skylight in the rustic wooden bed at this light-filled, homey residence with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and fabulous vintage pieces. (Please, be sure to read ALL of our house guidelines before booking. Your rate is based on the number of occupants, our homes are for use by registered, paid guests only) Our house is your house. The location is central to everything. Public transportation within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants,bars, yoga you name it, within your reach. This is perfect for a short stay or long/term. This house was completely renovated from top to bottom less than a year ago. It looks old, but everything is new and fresh. Top of the line appliances, including new washer and dryer for your use. PLEASE NOTE: WE CHARGE $35 EXTRA FOR USE OF SOFA BED IF YOU HAVE 4 GUESTS OR LESS. Our 4 guest included charge assumes to beds upstairs used. Our Airbnb rating relies on proper communication and accuracy with guest counts and reviews. If you have an issue during a stay that would result in anything less than a 5 star review, we expect you to message us regarding it. It it's not important enough for you to make us aware, we will be disappointed that you lay it out in a review. We have a lot of properties and a team that soley runs these and puts forth their best to make our houses your "homes"-please respect that and realize that little things like bringing in extra guests without notifying costs our housekeepers and extra hour of work to flip extra beds. We get that things happen, just please inform us. Each member of our team has families of their own and work 7 days a week as schedules dictate. Majority of our guests have been amazing, but we have had a few really rotten ones and it isn't fun to deal with. We aren't kidding when we say we would rather have a vacancy than crabby people :). Thank you to those of you who get it and treat our team respectfully and honestly. You will have the entire home and outdoor space. Please respect locked doors or cabinets and anything marked private. General rule, if you didn't buy it, please leave it be. The LL is unfinished, but has a full size washer and dryer for guest use -other than that, there is no reason for guests to be down there and we kindly ask that you refrain from exploring :) The only reason you can stay at our house is because we aren't here. However, our amazing friend is on-call 24/7 to guide and assist you as needed. We will be messaging you to check-in, please respond This home is located in an upscale Birmingham neighborhood a mile from downtown, which has the feel of a big city with shopping and fabulous dining. Walk to downtown and easily reach anywhere in the Detroit metropolitan area. A quick 25 min from Detroit Metro Airport. Easy to use public transportation or get an Uber or Lyft car. It is also a very walkable area. We strive for 5 star reviews and we want to give you one in return. Please, communicate! We have our amazing host on-call just for you-let us know what you need. This house is in the city and on a busy street. You will need to pull in and out of traffic (during rush hour) to access the driveway. We recently had a guest rate us less than 5 because they didn't feel we accurately informed them that there is traffic in the city and on a busy road, this is one out of our control and one thing we naively assumed everyone understood when driving in the city:( use caution when pulling into our driveway and please do NOT back out into traffic, but use the large drive area to turn around and safely exit the property.

Luxurious 1000 sq ft Private Terrace 2 Bed Condo

Relax amid the latest high-end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin de Ville, even a coffee table designed by Lenny Kravitz. The 1,000 square foot terrace boasts a 270-degree view of Toronto. Guests have access to hot tubs, a gym, sauna, and more. NOTE: Amenities (including the gym) in the building are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. The condo is furnished with high end furniture from Roche Bobois and Jardin De Ville... there's even a coffee table designed by Lenny Kravitz. Smart TV's everywhere and Sonos Sound system for indoor and outdoor listening pleasure. Our 1000 Square Foot terrace is very unique for a downtown location. You have a 270 degree view of the downtown and is a perfect entertainment spot. It's great for sun bathing and some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Come have a great time in a safe and secure building with 24 hour concierge and security. There are 2 private bedrooms with queen size hotel style beds + available roll-away bed for groups of 5 people. 2 full bathrooms with all toiletries provided. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. If you're a coffee lover, you're really going to enjoy the coffee selection that is provided. Note: We have a spectacular sister property right next door, which boasts 3 bedrooms, plus a roll-away bed if needed, plus another 1000 square foot terrace. The 2 terraces are connected and will be accessible for large groups. The 2 condos hold a total of 12 people. Guests are allowed to use all amenities in the building. Amenities include the outdoor space on the 6th floor, which has hot tubs, many lounge areas, BBQ's and sun decks. The gym is also on the 6th floor along with the mens/womens change rooms, saunas/showers, a tv lounge and quiet sitting areas. You will need to bring your keys/fobs to gain access to the common areas. I live 5 minutes away from the building and almost always greet guests upon their arrival to show them around and take them up to the suite. I am readily available if guests need anything such as extra towels, supplies or even suggestions on where to go for dinner. Note: If for some reason I cannot meet and greet you upon your arrival, I will send you the lock-box instructions. The western end of Queen (sometimes simply referred to as "Queen West") is now best known as a centre for Canadian broadcasting, music, fashion, performance, and visual arts. Over the past 25 years, it's become a major Toronto tourist attraction. Public transit is closeby... streetcars on Queen Street and King Street, plus the Osgoode Subway station is just a short 2 minute walk. Both Union Station (train) and The Bus Terminal are just a 10 minute walk, Billy Bishop (Island Airport) is 10 minute taxi ride away and Pearson Airport can be reached by taxi or by the UP express train from Union Station. Please adhere to the following; NO loud music NO parties NO narcotics NO smoking indoors (balcony only) Please be respectful of your surroundings and the neighbours. The majority of the people who live in the building are full-time residents who go to work and don't want to have to deal with excessive noise and problems. Cozy Blue House on the Shores of Lake Erie

Snuggle up on plush seating in front of the gas fireplace after a day of strolling along the shoreline of Lake Erie. With homey decor, a color palette of light gray, and whimsical nautical flourishes, this home radiates warmth. Sleeping quarters with queen beds and a full bathroom are located on the second story of the home. Entire house is available. Owner lives on same street. Washer and Dryer are in the basement where a half bath is located. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, & gas range, toaster, tea kettle and coffee makers (auto and french press). Kitchen leads to the dining room and living room with ample room to kick back and enjoy friends and family or just relax with a good book. Staircase leads to the second story where you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedrooms have queen size beds and have upscale linens and plenty of room. Bathroom has a full sized shower and bathtub, with plenty of fresh clean towels. No Access to: room to the right side of fireplace and the exterior door in the master bedroom (due to a loose railing and screen door that needs replaced). I live just steps away from the property and can be available to answer any questions or assist you with any issues or concerns. All linens, throws, towels, dish towels and bath mats are cleaned with detergents free of dye and fragrances. Euclid Hospital is right next door to the house, with Lake Erie in its backyard. Several shops and restaurants are minutes away, and downtown Cleveland is a short drive away as well, with easy reach to attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The property sits on a dead end street and has a bus stop on the other end of the street, 2 minute walk from the front steps to the bus stop. I-90 is a 5 minute drive from the house which can take you to the downtown Cleveland area in just a few minutes. The Euclid Hospital is next door to the property and had a gate put in our fence so guests and residents of 191st Street could walk to the shoreline and enjoy Lake Erie. Several benches and tables are set amongst beautiful landscaping on the shoreline to enjoy a good book or walk the dog. Lake Erie is a very peaceful to sit and enjoy the waves or watch the boats.
