In the heart of Muskoka cottage Located in Muskoka cottage country, our traditional boathouse sits on pristine Lake Joseph—perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports. The private living area is for your exclusive use. The lower dock is a shared space with the homeowner and available. You’re welcome to bring a motorized boat or Jet Ski; open dock space is included. We also provide two single kayaks, one double kayak, and a paddleboard for your enjoyment. Relax, recharge, and enjoy!

Hot tub on the roof! The boat is located at Millennium Marina. This boat does not move!

The houseboat comes with a/c, heater, private grill and is stocked with water and coffee. Bathroom and shower is a short walk away.

This floating home has a bedroom with a Queen Bed with a private bathroom, full kitchen, couch that can be converted into a bed, a loft with 2 single beds and a deck to enjoy the beautiful view. Enjoy the adjoining BBQ cabana as well as the marina’s amenities including the outdoor swimming pool. This is a completely non smoking/vaping building. There is also free transient dockage for a 26 ft boat or rent a boat during your stay.

Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

Prepare a meal in our kitchen with your family and enjoy our cozy living room. Walking distance to local attractions such as the Jet Express, local restaurants, beaches, and downtown Port Clinton. The Owners Suite is on the top level - not included in the rental (will not be occupied during your stay).

Boathouse experience on the Seneca Canal in Watkins Glen, NY. Beginning in 2021, the Anchor Room is allocated both floors of the front of the Pipe Dream Boathouse. This unit has 2 floors, 12 x 30 each. The first floor is a large kitchen, living room and laundry area. The 2nd floor is a bedroom and full bathroom. The rooms overlook the Pipe Dream boat slip. In 2024, the dock stairs are now fully enclosed making this unit private to guests.
