Grace Point is a stunning waterfront property. It offers a private fishing dock, boat ramp, playground, horseshoes, kayaks, and a fire pit. Perfect location for your family gatherings or a place to get away with a small group. Full kitchen, W/D, and a wrap around deck. Two private bedrooms and a large open area provides two single beds, two double beds and an amazing suspended swing bed. 8 ft table and chair rentals available.PONTOON PADDLE BOAT rental available. Place by the lake

East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. There is no fence from house lake, the stairs not have standard rails. Do contact me with questions.
