Es befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der historischen Altstadt von Ischia Ponte; Geschäfte, Restaurants, eine Apotheke, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, usw. befinden sich alle in der nächsten Umgebung. Das Doppelzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind auf unterschiedlichen Etagen und sind durch wenige Stufen verbunden, außerdem hat die Wohnung auch ein kleineres Einzelzimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzecke, einen Diele und drei Badezimmer, davon eines mit Dusche. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei Eingangs-Möglichkeiten, eine von der Altstadt-Mitte und die andere, über eine schönen Terrasse (ca. 15 qm), direkt von der Aragonese Promenade.
