High speed WIFI Internet & IPTV (intl. Channels) is provided free of charge. The apartment is also well located for transport: Metro Marjanishvili & bus stations are walk distance and takes you anywhere in Tbilisi in a short time.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.
