L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti dalla piazza di Sant’Oronzo (centro storico) Ristrutturato nel 2020, l’appartamento è composto su tre piani : Primo piano con cucina ,salotto, bagno (e balcone). secondo piano composto da camera da letto e bagno e Terrazza panoramica. Ci sono delle scale alte da fare! La prima zona balneare di Ostuni si trova a 6 km. Parcheggio gratuito convento sacro cuore frati minori. A parte bisogna pagare la tassa di soggiorno. E’ un confortevole ed accogliente alloggio, recentemente ristrutturato, nel primissimo centro storico di Ceglie Messapica, a circa 100 m dalla centrale piazza Plebiscito. L’appartamento è ubicato al piano terra di un antico palazzo settecentesco, costruito interamente in pietra, con le caratteristiche volte “a stella” rese a vista, tipiche delle case delle zona. All’interno delle stanze non è presente l’aria condizionata in quanto non necessaria (ma è presente un ventilatore).
