The Wolf Cub is one of three cabins located near Pomme de Terre Lake. Reserve this one bedroom cabin for romantic getaway or all three for a group or family gathering. This Cabin has a beautiful fireplace inside and hot tub located in the gazebo off the back deck. Enjoy the hammock and fire pit in the back as well. This cabin is located with in walking distance to the lake where you can put your boat in, swim or fish. Sleeps up to four, full kitchen towels and gas/charcoal grill.

The Lone Oak

Reconnect with nature at The Lone Oak, part of our working cattle ranch. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Quiet serene location! Our personal cabin is located just 400 yards from Truman Lake. Short walk to the cove for wildlife viewing or Higgins' Landing boat launch is just across the highway, and has plenty of parking for vehicle/s, boat trailer, and great bank fishing. Clinton and Warsaw are a 30 min drive, and Iconium is a 12 min drive. Don't forget to look around in the lake feeder creeks, lot's of arrowheads in the area. We now have super fast WI-FI!

Use our large covered dock, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and explore all this huge waterscape and land have to offer. All manner of Missouri wildlife reside here.

This nearly hidden cottage in the woods (completed in June 2019) is perfect for a small family, two or three couples enjoying a lake vacation together, or several friends connecting simply to hang out. Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

Escape the big city hustle and bustle for a cozy tiny home with eclectic style in our safe small town of Appleton City. Enjoy the fresh air and open fields. Off street parking. Perfect for a couples get away. There's coffee, toaster, basic kitchen essentials, mini fridge with ice cube trays, lawn chairs for the front porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning shade in our quiet little escape. We are close to several Pomme de Terre Lake swimming and boat access areas. Another attraction is 8 miles away at Lucas Oil Speedway host to Boat Racing, Off-Road Racing, and Dirt Track Races most weekends April-Oct.

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
