The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Das Parken ist kostenlos. Ruhiges Familienviertel. Der nächste Laden ist nur 20 m entfernt, während die Bushaltestelle nur 300 m entfernt ist. Es dauert 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, um die Altstadt zu erreichen. Der erste Strand ist 10 Minuten von der Wohnung sowie der Uvala Lapad Promenade entfernt. Frag mich nach privaten Bootstouren!!

Das Apartment Adriatic Allure ist eine neu renovierte Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern im Zentrum von Dubrovnik. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 10 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten von den nahe gelegenen Stränden entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in our family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it, but we do not have private parking place.

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!
