Surrounded by nature, this unique home provides an enhanced experience for couples and allows them to disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other. The details of this cabin were handcrafted to create ways to enjoy each other and the peaceful ambiance. We encourage guests to enjoy the property but if exploring is your thing, surrounding areas are great- vineyards, hiking, horses, and other activities nearby!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place . I have trails in the woods on east and south. My place is 15 min away from Pilot Mountain states park and 25 min from Hanging rock state park. The house is 12 min by car (8 miles) from Mount Airy ,Andy Griffit's home town. There are many wineries with home made wine close by, situated in the mountain with mesmerizing views. My place is child and pets friendly with zipline, 2 trampolines, own gym, fish pond , fountains, hammocks and swings.

The "Midnight Moon" Cabin, State Road NC

Take it easy at our relaxing cabin while taking a step back in time. Located in State Road, NC, our cabin is made of 100-year-old logs by the one and only "Log Whisperer". The "Midnight Moon" is named after the black Quarter Horse "Moon" who joined his Mom in heaven in Dec. 2024. Spirit, our other black quarter horse remains at the cabin with his cow friends who often graze the pasture surrounding our cabin. Relax by the fire or enjoy checkers on the porch, just soak it all in.

Luxury log cabin at its best! Located high above the Yadkin River, this beautiful cabin lacks no amenities. Spacious bedrooms with a King and two Queen beds. A luxurious kitchen with plenty of storage and cooking space. A huge outside deck with screened porch, open porch and combo grill. Additionally, you can wind down your day relaxing in the hot tub. Please make sure that you register the accurate number of guests that you plan to bring. This will give you accurate pricing.

Kick off your shoes and relax at our peaceful Pilot Mountain getaway. Enjoy our small farm with a creek, koi pond, green house and plenty of room to stretch your legs. Soak in our hot tub and feel free to bring your pets. We offer pet sitting as well, if needed during your stay. Enjoy your own private patio, entrance and accomodations on the basement level of our beautiful brick home. We know you will love it as much as we do! (Host lives on 1st floor with separate entrance.)
