Located just five minutes by car (3km) from the beautiful beaches of Coolum and close to cafes, restaurants, airport, buses, national parks and scenic coastal walks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Access to pool. Quiet, established neighbourhood. Close to a choice of 7 Caloundra beaches, many cafes, restaurants. Only 5min drive to the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 and pets are not permitted at any time. WE ARE A STRICTLY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. "Pelican Suite" is purpose built, self-contained accommodation located on the canals of idyllic Pelican Waters, Caloundra. With its own private courtyard & entrance it is ideal for a couple, or a couple with a small child, or for someone on business. Very modern and beautifully styled, the suite is the perfect getaway to relax and recharge! It is only a short walk to Golden Beach and Pelican Waters Shopping Centre for groceries. Close by are many wonderful cafes, bars & restaurants.

Duckin two

Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :)

We offer a large renovated family holiday unit. It comprises of a queens bedroom. two toilets , dining area, large lounge, a well equiped kitchen, laundry and an outstanding view of the canal. Our holiday unit is close to the Mooloolaba beach and at the end of the street restaurants , cafes, a European bakery, and varied shops . The unit is on the ground floor with an outdoor garden/patio/outdoor dining/outdoor lounge/ BBQ area, dining, lounge, kitchen all overlooking the canal.
