On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Located in historic downtown Newport, centrally located on Main Street. Stay in the jail addition of the 1843 County Safe Building. Completely renovated. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores. 8 miles to Mount Sunapee. Enjoy your unique experience taking a jail “break” or prison “escape”. 2 original jail cells with new sets of comfortable bunk beds, lockers and a smart TV in each cell. I am as close or as far away as you would like me to be with my house right next door.
