Tranquility & Vistas on the Farm in the Guest Barn

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 bedrooms on the main level with one extra-large bedroom in the basement along with a full bathroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have TVs, as well as the living room. Comfortable bedding and an abundance of bathroom towels to make your stay easy. The house is located on a large corner lot with a large yard and old growth trees. Welcome to this beautiful 1890 victorian house in Fairbank. It is located right on main street within walking distance to a grocery store, convenience store and eating establishments. It features 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. This charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Bedroom one is located on the main floor with a king bed. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs featuring a king and 2 queen beds. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen is completely stocked.

Fredericksburg Cozy Loft

You'll have a great time at this cozy lil place to stay. Two queen beds one located downstairs for the adults with 50inch TV. The other located upstairs perfect for the kids. It has its own seating area for reading a book or playing a board game. Full kitchen w/induction stove, utensils and basic cooking supplies. Living room 50inch TV... and small pull out sofa for lounging or an extra bed space. Top load Washer and Drier in unit as well. Full bathroom and stand up shower & amenities.

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

The Kimball House

Beautiful Victorian home in the heart of Fayette only one block from downtown & Upper Iowa University. Features an updated kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and family room w/gas fireplace. Honeybee Cottage is located next to our own beach/lake & 140 acres of beautifully groomed public nature trails. It is creatively decorated & full of amenities, including a coffee/tea bar. Make use of the games/books/DVDs that are provided. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!
