The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like.

The Red House is close to the Bristol Speedway, a 20 minute drive from the oldest town in Tennessee, JonesbouroughTn ,where you can come for the storytelling weekend, or other Festivals around the area. Just a little over an hour drive to Beech Mountain. And other activities in the area. there is a boat ramp 3 or 4 miles from the property where you can unload a boat, kayaks, or fish from the boat ramp.
