Sellwood Cottage

Das Sellwood Cottage befindet sich in der ruhigen Stadt Tatura im Goulburn Valley. Eine schöne Erinnerung an vergangene Zeiten mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten für deinen Komfort. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus 2 großen Schlafzimmern, einer Lounge mit einem Holzgasfeuer und einer komplett renovierten Küche mit dem alten Verbrennungsofen. Französische Doppeltüren führen von der renovierten Waschküche (und dem Badezimmer) auf eine atemberaubende hintere Veranda/Unterhaltungsbereich mit Deckenventilator. Dein Aufenthalt im Sellwood Cottage wird dich nicht enttäuschen.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Self contained 2 bedroom apartment located at the end of large machinery shed on our farm. Sit on the verandah and enjoy the outlook onto the Stathbogie Ranges. 7km to Avenel. Please let us know if you need help with finding things to do or places to eat at. You cannot get bored in this region!
