The site has an entryway, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom all separate and private from the main house. Come and stay awhile! Unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay in our 1790’s farmhouse with many original features, situated on 120 mostly-wooded acres in southern Maine. Our farm features a commercial maple syrup operation, 200 high bush blueberry plants, a vegetable garden, pumpkin and berry patches, a variety of fruit trees, honeybee hives, miles of old logging roads for walks, skiing/snowshoeing, meandering brook, patio and outdoor fireplace, free-range chickens, and two large rescue farm dogs.

Welcome to our home! We live in a charming neighborhood just next to Dover's historic district. We're walking distance to the elementary school, library, children's museum and downtown Dover. We're also right near the highway - close enough that you can easily get to UNH or elsewhere, but far enough that you won't hear it. The guest suite has a private access, and all the amenities for a short or long-term stay, including a fully functional and well stocked kitchen and full bath.

This lovely 3-room suite in our home has a private entrance. Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

This suite is attached to the main house with a seperate entrance.

Big 2-room studio in Durham NH. Attached but independent from the main part of the building. Above garage, balcony, safe and quiet neighborhood. One queen size bed, one twin size bed, a futon can be converted to a full size bed, desk, and bedroom furniture. No formal kitchen but there is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plates/cups and utensils. Updated pictures are not ready until Aug 2. Extra charge for more than 3 guests.
