The garden is amazing with sun set patio, out door dining table and grill, overlooking the fruit trees and flowers. 5 min walk to subway, 10 min to Stockholm centre.

In the heart of Gamla Enskede you find our spacious villa with room for the big family. 5 bedrooms upstairs of which one has a double bed. Just 5 minutes walk from the subway and 3 km to Södermalm. Local bakery and restaurants just 150 meters from the house. Prior to summer 2025 we upgraded the house with a private 6x3 m tempered pool in the sunny backside.
