Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Lovely newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor of our family house “Veli Bok” with a great view over the sea and the Hvar archipelago. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, still close to the town center and far enough to enjoy in tranquillity away from town buzz. Our house is placed 20/25 minutes walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5km/2km walking distance. P.S. Don’t mind older reviews, this is a freshly renovated apartment, give it a chance ;)

Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house right next to the sea which has 60 years of hospitality tradition in Komiza. We hosted famous actors, musicians, diplomats and politicians. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
