Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and property. There are over 2 miles of hiking trails, a 2-acre pond for fishing and a big wrap around deck to enjoy. The property is secluded and private offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for your Keuka lake get away.

Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
