A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 12 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer coke,diet coke,sprite and bottle water. There's a microwave, crock pot and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few!

Das Haus verfügt über ein Sicherheitsalarmsystem, das von ADT geschützt wird, sowie über eine Türklingel mit Bewegungsmelder/Kamera. Enthält ein tolles Bose-Soundsystem, ideal, um mit deiner Familie einen Film zu schauen.

Dieses schöne Seehaus befindet sich auf der Lake Catherine Side of chef, menture hwy. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten und ein Stockzimmer mit 3 Stockbetten. Das Camp verfügt über 1,5 Badezimmer mit einem Abspülplatz unter dem Haus. Es hat eine schöne hintere Veranda und einen verbindenden Pier mit einem Dock am Ende zum Angeln oder Entspannen. Es gibt 10 Krabbenfallen, die für deine Verfügbarkeit am Pier gebunden sind:) Es gibt einen unteren Teil am Dock, wo du dein Boot oder deinen Jetski an den Dock binden kannst. Ausreichend Parkplätze
