Caretakers live in the basement and have a separate outside entrance. 10 pm quiet time. We also have a barn cat that hangs out. We have exterior cameras.

Roys Lodge is a custom log home built by Dan and Nancy Roys to be used specifically as a vacation rental which ties in nicely in the summertime with Roys Barn wedding venue, which is a separate fee from this listing. It is located 15 minutes from the outskirts of Bozeman and is 10 minutes from the airport. The home is new, very clean, quiet and private. It is large yet homey with comfortable furnishings. A true Montana experience!!!! The views are spectacular with great year around access.
